Return Policy

You have up to 14 days from reception of your order to exchange your item.

When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:

Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange or return these items.

Full refund only on wrong or defective product

If you have received a defective item or the wrong item and decide to return you have to send us an e-mail at rlevi@exclusiveaudio.gr with a picture of your wrong or defective product.

Process

First you have contact us on our Headquarters Office, Apostolopoulou I., Chalandri, 152 31, Greece, or mail to info@exclusiveaudio.gr

Pack the items securely, in the original packaging if possible.

Product Exchange

You are liable to make changes of the same or another product with higher value in any Greek Designers store with your product and proof of purchase. You can also make changes of the same or another product with higher value through our online store but first you have to contact us on our Headquarters Office – Tel: + 30 2106710851 or via e-mail at info@exclusiveaudio.gr.

Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items.

In case of full refund, you will receive the full amount of your purchase within 14 business days from the day we will receive the items back. Please note that the postage expenses are borne by the customer.
